Most growth advice stops at "post consistently" or "engage with your audience". It sounds right, but it never tells you what to actually do on Monday morning.
So I do the opposite. I run growth experiments on my own products and publish the ones that work as step-by-step playbooks — the exact steps, the tools, the templates, and the numbers.

How I work
One tactic at a time, on a live product, with real users. If something moves traffic, signups or revenue, it becomes a playbook. If it doesn't, I say so.
